Restrained Spring Mounting
SPRM Series isolator are specifically designed with free standing springs assembled into a welded steel housing. The steel housing is designed to limit movement in all directions due to wind load and large external forces.
- Rated Capacity up to 12,000 kg.
- Rated deflection ranging from 25mm up to 100mm.
- Steel housing provide same installation and operating height.
- Color coded steel spring coil for ease of identification & installation.
- Tapped holed are provided for easy mounting.
- Base mount designed with water drainage hole to prevent water collection from wet weather.
- Includes rubber bushing at restraining stud to prevent vibration short circuit through studs.
- All springs designed to have additional travel to solid equal to 50% of rated load.
Unhoused Spring Mounting
SPUM Seris isolators designed to isolate both high frequency vibrations in Air Handling Unit, Compressors, Pumps and other HVAC equipment. It is recommended for direct usage under most equipment which in conjunction to structural steel bases or concrete inertia block.

- Built in leveling device simplified installation

Spring Neoprene Hanger
SPH Series isolators are designed to isolate vibration for suspended equipment and piping system such as fans, fan coil unit, AHU, duct work etc. It consist of steel a steel casing, compression spring, and incorporated with a neoprene element which can isolate both vibration and structure born noise.
- Rated Capacity up to 3,000 kg.
- Rated deflection ranging from 25mm up to 75mm.
- Neoprene element permits vibration isolation for both vibration and structure born noise
- Color coded steel spring coil for ease of identification & installation.
- Spring diameter and hanger box are designed to give allowance for hanger rod to swing thru 30° arc before contacting the lower hole which will cause vibration short circuit
- Spring Hanger consist of neoprene element at the top hanger box and rubber sleeve at the bottom of the box to prevent vibration short circuit
- All springs designed to have additional travel to solid equal to 50% of rated load.
Neoprene Hanger
SNH Neoprene Hanger are designed to isolate vibration for suspending equipment and pipe system. The isolator consist of a steel casing and a neoprene element in shear insert with a load plate. These hanger are designed to attenuate high frequency problem. SNH is an economical alternative to spring hanger and may be selected to minimize cost.

Neoprene Hanger
SPPAD / MSH neoprene pad are designed to provide excellent noise and vibration reduction generated by mechanical equipment. It is recommended to isolate noise and vibration in non critical installation such as AHU, Cooling Tower, Chillers, Pumps, Pipe Support and Machinery Equipment. Neoprene pad are produced from high quality oil, water and corrosion resistant elastomer.
- Rated Capacity up to 6kg/sq.cm
- Rated static deflection of 4mm
- Standard pad size 150 x 75 x 20 mm thick or 75 x 75 x 20 mm thick
- MSH pad size are 60 x 50 x 20 mm thick
- No bolting requirement of installation
- Multi layered with greater deflection are available
- Provide gripping surface for equipment
- Bolt holes shall only be provided for areas where bolting is required. Standard neoprene pad does not have bolt holes.
